  • 老抽1勺

Steps to make 红烧鸡爪

  • 1.鸡爪剪去指甲,冲洗干净。
  • 2.鸡爪冷水下锅,加入葱,姜,料酒,水开撇去浮沫,捞出冲洗干净。
  • 3.起锅烧油,加入冰糖炒糖色。
  • 4.加入足量的开水,倒入鸡爪,没过鸡爪即可。
  • 5.加入桂皮,香叶,八角。
  • 6.大火煮开,加入一勺老抽,两勺生抽,一勺蚝油,葱,姜,料酒,盐,转小火焖40分钟左右。
  • 7.鸡爪焖至软烂,转大火收汁。
  • 8.起锅装盘,撒上葱花可以开吃。
