艾香糯米枣
儿子很爱吃桂花糯米枣,我今天做一款特别点的糯米枣,刚好是清明节,还剩一些艾草,就做个艾香的糯米枣吧!

    Steps to make 艾香糯米枣

    • 1.红枣在用水清洗一下沥干
    • 2.用小刀将大红枣切至枣核处
    • 3.沿枣核周围挖出枣核
    • 4.挖好核的红枣
    • 5.艾草先挑去杂质、黄叶、老叶等冼净
    • 6.在沸水里加小勺盐焯下水捞出
    • 7.在冷水里冲洗干净
    • 8.将艾草放在料理机加点水打成艾草泥
    • 9.倒入大碗,加入糯米粉
    • 10.揉成三光的、软硬适中的糯米面团
    • 11.将糯米团搓成一个个小长条
    • 12.将小长条包入红枣芯搓紧
    • 13.全部包好的糯米枣
    • 14.锅里一小碗水先煮沸再放入红枣
    • 15.水烧开的时候加入2小勺白糖,煮至汤汁粘稠即可起锅
    • 16.依个人口味可在上面加点糖桂花点缀下
