  • 2.肉丝用酱油、盐炒熟
  • 3.香菇切成片
  • 4.火腿肠切成丝

  • 6.砂锅里倒一些香油,用刷子抹匀,米饭放进锅里,压平,马上菜和煎蛋,放回火上小火加热,听到发出滋滋的声音即可关火,如果喜欢焦一点的锅巴可以适当延长时间。
