南瓜黑芝麻汤圆----团团圆圆(试验版)
前段时间看到大家做的汤圆,自己一直做元宵,都是把馅团好放在糕面或糯米面上滚的,滚一边放水里粘一下继续滚面,大概6--8次就好。说实话还没有包过汤圆,今天自己用手包包看。面揉好后感觉较散(不知道是为什么,请假一下大家)。最终还是做好了一些汤圆。但是还准备了紫薯的,但是不知道为什么面会如此散,决定请教后再做下一款。

    Steps to make 南瓜黑芝麻汤圆----团团圆圆(试验版)

    • 1.南瓜去籽去皮放到锅里蒸熟
    • 2.将蒸好的南瓜压成泥状
    • 3.向南瓜中加入糯米粉直到能揉成团为止,放一边醒15分钟左右
    • 4.将醒好的南瓜面团揪成一个个等大小球待用
    • 5.将馅料准备好,黑芝麻、蜜枣、白糖拌匀
    • 6.将上面的面团压成薄饼(在手上沾点水以防粘手),取少许馅料放在面皮上包好
    • 7.这便是包好的南瓜黑芝麻汤圆
    • 8.水烧开放入汤圆煮熟,盛出即可。软糯香甜
