配粥小菜-----糖醋仔姜
呵呵.........说来话长,我这个糖醋的汁都有2年之久了,算是老汁了哦!之前最早是做糖醋仔姜,后来姜吃完了又加醋和糖,再腌糖醋蒜苔,再后来是糖醋大蒜,现在又轮到糖醋仔姜了!晕了没有呀?!

    Steps to make 配粥小菜-----糖醋仔姜

    • 1.仔姜洗干净,沥干晒半天。
    • 2.切大块备用。
    • 3.干净的容器里,放入切好的仔姜,加2勺盐抓腌15分钟。
    • 4.出水倒掉。
    • 5.再放3勺白糖继续抓腌15分钟左右,出水再倒掉备用。
    • 6.老糖醋汁放入汤锅里,大火煮开2滚备用。(我又加了2勺白糖,醋汁够了!)
    • 7.腌好的仔姜装入瓶中。
    • 8.倒入晾凉的老糖醋汁浸泡。
    • 9.盖上盖子放入冰箱冷藏即可。
