培根火腿萝卜糕
有朋友来访,打算用我们南方小吃萝卜糕来招待她们。这萝卜糕早在我计划内要做了,可是因时间关系,一拖再拖一直没做成。虽然萝卜糕我一次也没做过,但是做法早已被我手抄下来并且熟悉程序了,现在得抓紧时间练习练习。家里没有香肠和虾仁,这次只好用培根和火腿代替练练手感,没想到刚煎好,香味引来了我家小谗猫,一下子就吃了好几块,可见用培根火腿做出来的萝卜糕味道也相当的赞呢。

    Steps to make 培根火腿萝卜糕

    • 1.准备好材料,香菇提前泡发
    • 2.萝卜去皮,刨成丝,培根、火腿,香菇切小粒
    • 3.锅中烧开水,加入萝卜丝,烧开后再煮3分钟后捞出拧干水份
    • 4.热锅凉油,加入培根,火腿粒煸炒至香味后加入香菇炒匀,加入焯过水的萝卜丝翻炒均匀,加入盐、胡椒粉、老抽、美极鲜炒匀后起锅
    • 5.粘米粉用清水兑开搅拌成米糊
    • 6.将米糊充分搅匀后加入炒好的培根萝卜丝,再加入少量盐和胡椒粉,然后将米糊萝卜丝充分搅匀,放蒸锅中蒸制,水开后转中小火蒸40分钟即可
    • 7.将晾凉的萝卜糕切小块,放不粘锅中煎至两面金黄即可装盘
