红枣为补养佳品,维生素含量很高,红枣的功效是补养身体、滋润气血,这道红枣桂圆茶中红枣吸足了桂圆肉的醇香,在

红糖特有的滋味中浸淫,粒粒饱满香甜,大家也可以依据个人口味适当的加入一些蜂蜜或者柠檬水

Steps to make 桂圆红枣甜汤

  • 1.准备好所有的材料,我用的是新鲜的桂圆,超市里那种干的也可以
  • 2.红枣用水果刀划一道小口子,但是不要切断哦,这样既能红枣的味儿容易煮出来,而且又好看
  • 3.切好的红枣用水稍稍洗干净泡一下
  • 4.将桂圆和核桃拨开备用
  • 5.所有的材料和水放入锅中,大火煮开后放入文火煲四十分钟左右
  • 6.红枣煮软后放入红糖调味,也可以放入蜂蜜,在加蜂蜜的时候要注意喽!水温要控制在60度左右,切忌不要太烫了,太烫的水会破坏蜂蜜的营养。
