Steps to make 香煎南瓜饼

  • 1.准备做南瓜饼所需的食材
  • 2.南瓜去皮清洗干净切成块状
  • 3.南瓜块入锅蒸熟
  • 4.蒸熟的南瓜压成南瓜泥,南瓜泥大约是150克
  • 5.加入粘面米粉和面粉,比例是南瓜泥1:粘米粉1.5:面粉0.5
  • 6.揉成均匀的南瓜泥面团
  • 7.黑芝麻糊加少量的水拌成黑芝麻糊泥
  • 8.把南瓜面团分成6等份,把面团用手压扁然后包入黑芝麻糊泥
  • 9.取出一片茄子皮压模具压出不同的小图案,贴在做好的南瓜饼上
  • 10.平底锅加入适量的油加热,锅热后放入做好的南瓜饼
  • 11.双面煎至金黄色就可以吃了
