Steps to make Beef jerky (beef rice)

  • 1. Shredde the onion. It's best to have white onions. I can't buy white ones near my house, the purple ones are a bit spicy.
  • 2. Pack of fat cows in the supermarket. Pack in one kilogram. Boil the water and add the beef for a while to remove any blood and water. You don't need to blanch it too well. After a while, it will change color and be taken out to control the water.
  • 3. Heat the oil in a cold pot and add the onions. Stir fry until slightly charred.
  • 4. Add oyster sauce and salt. (If possible, you can put in two spoons of flavored water.)
  • 5. Put in the drained beef slices. Stir fry and season with light soy sauce before serving.
  • 6. Put the rice into a slightly larger bowl. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
  • 7. Finished products. If you like, you can sprinkle some scallions. Beat a hot spring egg. (After boiling the water, put the whole egg on low heat and remove it after 2 minutes.)
