Steps to make 红豆包

  • 1.把主材料和水全部放在面包机里,干酵母放在酵母盒里,按面团功能,历时一个小时完成,拿出后分成约45g大小的面团,搓成圆球状
  • 2.盖上小毛巾15分钟后拿出用擀面杖擀成面饼,将红豆馅包起来
  • 3.排放好,喷洒水,盖上毛巾,使面团发酵20到30分钟(膨胀到大约1.5倍)
  • 4.涂上蛋液,撒上芝麻
  • 5.170度烤箱里烤15分钟即可
