  • 1.淡奶油、蛋黄、炼乳搅匀。
  • 2.过筛一次备用,布丁液就做好了。
  • 3.黄油软化,用刮刀压到时顺滑。
  • 4.加糖粉混合均匀,加蛋液搅拌细腻。
  • 5.加入过筛好的低筋面粉、奶粉、杏仁粉。
  • 6.揉成光滑的面团,盖好保鲜膜松驰30分钟。
  • 7.平均分成9份。
  • 8.放入纸模压成挞壳。
  • 9.边缘多余的部分用刀切掉。
  • 10.菠萝提前切成小丁。
  • 11.平均分成9份,放入挞壳。
  • 12.倒入布丁液8分满。
  • 13.送入预热好的烤箱180度烤30分钟。
  • 14.出炉即可!
