红枣银耳羹
天热了,美美的喝一碗这样的羹,甜甜的,滑滑的,感觉真好。



女儿常常指着书上的某一种食物跟妈妈说要吃这样的要吃那样的,也好,常常给妈妈成长的方向!前几天看到一款皂角米木瓜银耳羹,跟妈妈说要吃珍珠木瓜银耳汤呢。没有皂角米,就用这个吧。                                    



最近吃饭人多,做菜感觉也比较好,不象前一段时间,米妈和妞儿两个人,做都没有办法做,随便一弄就多了。

    • 2.银耳洗净泡上,红枣莲子洗净泡上。
