火麻仁红烧肉干豇豆
不知道是不是和干豇豆一起烧的缘故,今天做的红烧肉特别好吃,特别的香。干豇豆也是吸足了美味的料汁,有滋有味还有嚼劲。成品菜最后再撒上火麻仁,增加了蛋白质含量,动物蛋白质和植物蛋白质的完美结合,易吸收又健体,只能是锦上添花了。

Steps to make 火麻仁红烧肉干豇豆

  • 1.准备好主料和辅料:五花肉用水焯一下;干豇豆用水泡约2小时以上。
  • 2.锅中放油少许,小火下冰糖炒糖色,下肉块煸炒上色,放料酒、姜片炒香,放老抽、生抽,加适量开水,慢慢烧至20分钟左右。
  • 3.泡好的干豇豆切段。
  • 4.肉烧制20分钟时放干豇豆一起烧,此时可放盐、干辣椒调味。
  • 5.烧至肉成熟,干豇豆入味,撒胡椒粉增香,放上青蒜起锅装盘,菜品表面放些火麻仁即可享用美味了。
