大麦粗粮磨牙手指饼干

Steps to make 大麦粗粮磨牙手指饼干

  • 1.1将蛋黄与70克砂糖混合。
  • 2.2用打蛋器打发,搅拌至浓稠泛白备用。
  • 3.3蛋白加入剩下的80克砂糖。
  • 4.4打发至湿性发泡。
  • 5.5分2次将蛋白霜加入蛋黄糊。
  • 6.6中稍微搅拌,不需拌匀。
  • 7.7将低筋粉和香草粉拌匀,过筛至面糊中。
  • 8.8用橡皮刮刀以切的方式将分类与蛋糊拌合至无面粉粒状,看起来蓬松即可,不要拌至光滑。
  • 9.9将平口花嘴放入裱花袋中,再将面糊装入裱花袋中。
  • 10.10烤盘上铺好油纸,挤上手指状的面糊,中间留空隙。在手指面糊表面筛上糖粉,具有定型和增加酥脆度的作用,即可送入烤箱烤制。
  • 11.11烤制:(时间温度仅供参考,请以自家烤箱特点适当调整)烤箱提前预热,195度,8-10分钟,烤好后立即出炉。
