  • 低筋面粉150g
  • 柠檬汁5g
  • 白糖110g
  • 色拉油100g

Steps to make 翻糖杯子蛋糕

  • 1.将白糖倒入盆中,打入鸡蛋,用手动打蛋器搅拌均匀
  • 2.加入融化的黄油搅拌均匀,再分两次加入色拉油搅拌均匀
  • 3.加入朗姆酒,柠檬汁搅均匀
  • 4.加入低筋面粉轻柔地搅拌至无颗粒即可
  • 5.将面糊装入裱花袋,注入纸杯中(8分满)
  • 6.放入预热好的烤箱,上火170度,下火150度,烤15分钟(使用长帝电烤箱CKTF-30GS)
  • 7.烤好的蛋糕待冷却后将表面切平备用,翻糖膏用牙签上色,擀成翻糖片
  • 8.用圆模压出圆片(可用专用玫瑰花模压片)
  • 9.另取一小块翻糖膏,揉成圆球形,放在手心上,用手指在一端揉搓至锥形,做成花芯
  • 10.花芯长度与花瓣长度适合,花瓣塗些水,一片相隔的顺序将花瓣包在花芯上,做好风干即可
