    Steps to make 咔嚓脆烤鸡腿

    • 1.鸡腿洗净后斜划两刀以便入味;
    • 2.加入椒盐和五香粉,鸡腿的味道可以根据自己的口味调配,喜欢辣的可以加些辣椒粉;
    • 3.再放入芝士粉,提味效果显著,烤好后真能让人有吮指回味的感觉;
    • 4.各种调料揉搓均匀,腌制至少一小时,时间越长越入味;
    • 5.将玉米脆片放入保鲜袋中;
    • 6.用木棍轻轻敲碎,成较粗的颗粒即可,不要敲成太细的粉末,反而影响口感;
    • 7.将鸡腿放入,均匀地包裹上脆片,用手指压实;
    • 8.将鸡腿放入烤盘中,一定要铺垫锡纸以便清理;
    • 9.鸡腿底端最好用锡纸包裹,避免烤糊;
    • 10.烤箱200度预热,上下火,中层烘烤40至50分钟,中途可以将烤盘取出里外调换一下,以便均匀受热;
    • 11.玉米脆片呈金黄色,用牙签可以轻松扎透,没有血水冒出,就说明鸡腿已经烤熟了。
