香酥千层肉饼
外面的肉饼真好吃,其实做法很简单,自己在家做起来吧。

  • 生抽3匙
  • 老抽2匙
  • 五香粉3g
  • 鸡精2g
  • 蚝油1匙
  • 白胡椒粉1g

Steps to make 香酥千层肉饼

  • 1.300克普通面粉加3克盐,用180毫升温水(三四十度左右即可)活成一个光滑的面团。
  • 2.面团分成3份,搓成小圆团,放在一个刷了油的盘子里,面团表面喷一层油,盖上保鲜膜,醒发一小时。
  • 3.醒发面团的时间,我们调肉馅,500克肉馅,将剩下的盐、鸡精、白胡椒粉、五香粉、蚝油放入肉馅,上面撒一些葱花,锅里烧点热油,泼在调料上,激发肉的香味。
  • 4.肉馅顺着一个方向搅拌,让所有调味料均匀。
  • 5.最后加入一颗鸡蛋,搅拌均匀即可。
  • 6.面团醒发好了,取一个面团,擀成长方形,然后铺上一层肉馅。
  • 7.从一端开始一层一层的叠起来。
  • 8.叠到之后封一下口。
  • 9.两边也封口,防止肉馅侧漏。
  • 10.用擀面杖轻轻的擀开。
  • 11.电饼铛提前预热,喷一层薄油,放入馅饼,饼的表面也喷油,盖上盖子。
  • 12.两面变色,呈现金黄色,而且面和肉分开了,就是熟了。
  • 13.出锅,开吃!
