  • 1.猪里脊肉三片
  • 2.卷心菜
  • 3.这个就是做猪肉酱烧的关键调料啦
  • 4.淀粉
  • 5.淀粉过筛,均匀的抹在猪肉上面,两面涂抹均匀,不用很多一点点就好,看下图
  • 6.三片均匀抹好后的样子,平底锅加热,放一点色拉油,放猪肉烧制
  • 7.两面煎成这样就可以了,大概中大火五分钟左右,加酱料
  • 8.加酱料之后继续烧制三分钟左右
  • 9.卷心菜切丝,猪肉出锅装盘
  • 10.在做一个丸子汤,一个人的时候也可以吃很丰盛哦
