醪糟蛋花汤
去成都玩,酒酿圆子是为数不多不辣的“菜”,公子巨爱。我说我以前做过啊,你不吃啊!公子说没有,从来没有,我没吃过。我很生气,但是公子说,在锦州的家里,见过酒酿,也见过圆子,在冰箱里,但是没有吃过酒酿圆子。气不气人!回来以后,酒酿系列就陆续开启了,这次必须拍照,不然小狗不承认。酒酿圆子,酒酿汤圆,醪糟煮蛋,醪糟蛋花汤,都好好吃。没有时间自己做醪糟,买的现成的。

Steps to make 醪糟蛋花汤

  • 1.醪糟加水倒入煮锅里面,比例大概1:3或者1:4,看个人口味。也可以放一点冰糖。
  • 2.煮开以后,打入水淀粉。
  • 3.打散一个鸡蛋准备用。
  • 4.醪糟再次煮开,慢慢倒入鸡蛋液。
  • 5.倒入蛋液以后,不要着急搅散,等蛋液稍微凝固。
  • 6.醪糟汤再次煮开,轻轻滑动蛋液凝固的蛋花,基本定型了。
  • 7.煮开就关火。
  • 8.蛋花很漂亮.
  • 9.两碗的量.
