    Steps to make 冰糖玫瑰糯米藕

    • 1.准备食材:莲藕、糯米、冰糖、干玫瑰花
    • 2.莲藕洗净去皮,把一头切开一点(当个盖子)
    • 3.把泡发的糯米填满莲藕的每个孔
    • 4.把之前切下的盖子盖上,用牙签固定
    • 5.锅里加水(没过莲藕),加冰糖和玫瑰花(或桂花),大火煮开,转小火煮至莲藕熟烂即可。煮的时候也可以加几粒红枣。
    • 6.煮好的糯米藕凉透以后淋上蜂蜜味道更佳
