Technique
Steps to make Braised beef
- 1. Cut the beef tenderloin into pieces and marinate with salt for 4 hours (about 200g of salt was used for 5 pounds of meat).
- 2. Clean with water.
- 3. Put it into a pot and boil it for a while before removing it.
- 4. Filter out the water and wait for it to cool thoroughly before washing again.
- 5. Crush ginger and garlic and set aside.
- 6. Put the beef into a pressure cooker, add ginger and garlic, then add brown sugar, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, spice packets, beer, and pepper. Cover the lid of the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, add steam, and let it go for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for an hour.
- 7. Cut it into slices after being cooked, and you can eat it (refrigerate overnight for better taste).
