鸡肉午餐肉
为了吃部队火锅,买了一次午餐肉,结果没把我齁死,太咸了。后来自己琢磨着做过几次午餐肉,用来涮火锅,孩子们都说好吃。我用鸡胸肉代替猪肉,更低脂健康,味道也不会很咸。

  • 红薯淀粉70克
  • 小苏打粉适量(咖啡勺半勺)

Steps to make 鸡肉午餐肉

  • 1.鸡胸肉洗净,切掉筋膜,切块备用。
  • 2.将所有调料,辅料混合,搅拌均匀。(小苏打粉用咖啡勺半勺的用量)
  • 3.将切块的鸡胸肉放入绞肉机中,分两次加入调料水,搅打成泥。
  • 4.取一个蛋糕模或其他容器,铺上油纸,将肉泥均匀地铺在油纸上,抹平表面,肉泥不要装太满。
  • 5.冷水上锅,上气后,转小火蒸30分钟左右。
  • 6.冷却切片装盘。不管是涮火锅还是夹面包,味道都很棒。
