巧克力杏仁手工饼干

Steps to make 巧克力杏仁手工饼干

  • 1.黄油软化加细砂糖打发
  • 2.打发至颜色稍微发白即可。
  • 3.分次加进鸡蛋液,每加一次都要搅拌均匀再加下次。
  • 4.搅拌好的黄油成轻盈状
  • 5.筛进可可粉和低筋粉混合粉,再加入杏仁片
  • 6.用刮刀翻拌至没有明显干粉即可
  • 7.装进保鲜袋中整形成长方形,入冰箱冷冻1小时左右
  • 8.冻硬的饼干面团取出用刀切0.5厘米左右的薄片
  • 9.整齐的排放在铺油纸的烤盘中。
  • 10.进烤箱中层上下火180度10分钟,饼干外围颜色稍微变深即可。
