乱炖一锅鲜

  • 胡萝卜小半根
  • 料酒一勺
  • 植物油一勺
  • 食盐一茶匙
  • 蒜蓉辣椒酱一勺
  • 生抽少许

Steps to make 乱炖一锅鲜

  • 1.脊骨洗净后斩成四块,肉皮洗净后切成方片,葱切段,姜切片
  • 2.土豆,胡萝卜去皮,与大白菜都冲洗干净
  • 3.土豆切成滚刀块,和脊骨肉皮一起入高压锅,加料酒一勺,食盐半茶匙烧煮一会儿,响几下就关火。
  • 4.大白菜掰开切大块

  • 6.虾干水浸会儿
  • 7.坐锅热油一勺,先下葱姜和胡萝卜煸炒
  • 8.高压锅用自来水冲凉打开盖后捞出脊骨和肉皮土豆,加到铁锅里拌炒一下
  • 9.加入高压锅里的汤汁后,加大白菜和虾干一起煮
  • 10.煮开后加一勺蒜蓉辣椒酱和少许食盐小煮
  • 11.加少许生抽拌匀
  • 12.出锅盛入大碗
