记得第一次做蔓越莓饼干时跟我们家老头还在闹别扭,那晚两个人都挨在床边看电视剧,我把饼干递给他之后他就不肯还给我了·······后来嘛,小别扭不会闹过第二天,自然也和好了,嘻嘻·······看他喜欢吃,后来也做过几次,给小朋友生日时也做过,送过朋友,都一致得到好评直呼好吃呢,这次拍了过程就发上来了,很简单的,相信一学就会

Steps to make 蔓越莓饼干

  • 1.原料如图:黄油75克、低筋面粉115克、糖粉45克、鸡蛋液15毫升、蔓越莓干40克黄油提前拿出来室温软化,现在天气冷,黄油是放半天都不软,后来我放烤箱里,烤盘装热水,黄油放容器里盖着放烤架上,这样软得快些
  • 2.蔓越莓干可以稍微切一下,不用切很碎
  • 3.把黄油加糖粉一起用打蛋器搅打均匀,不用打发
  • 4.再加入蛋液打匀
  • 5.加入蔓越莓干拌匀
  • 6.再筛入面粉
  • 7.搓至无干粉,整成团
  • 8.用保鲜膜包起来,用刀拍成四方的条,入冰箱冷冻半小时或冷藏2小时
  • 9.烤箱预热160度,冷藏好的半成品切成约7毫米厚的片,入烤盘上下火160度中层烤20分钟
