蜜豆抹茶奶油卷
这款蛋糕卷的材料我个人认为搭配得恰到好处
不知道是受了什么的影响在我脑海里总觉得抹茶和蜜豆的组合就像是新一和兰一样的般配
(这比喻。。。有木有膝盖中箭的感觉。。)
今次放了N多的奶油 因为家里的几个吃货都好这口 唯独我不喜欢 总感觉太腻太腻了

  • 低粉80克
  • 抹茶粉10克
  • 50克
  • 50克
  • 蛋清4个
  • 淡奶油100克
  • 糖粉10克

Steps to make 蜜豆抹茶奶油卷

  • 1.将材料A中除低粉和抹茶粉外的所有材料混合搅拌均匀
  • 2.筛入低粉和抹茶粉
  • 3.上下翻拌均匀
  • 4.蛋清打发至湿性发泡
  • 5.取1/3蛋清加入面糊翻拌均匀
  • 6.将面糊倒入剩下的蛋清中翻拌均匀 加入适量蜜豆拌匀即可
  • 7.放入预热175度的烤箱 中层上下火20-25分钟
  • 8.烤制蛋糕的时候 将材料C放入容器中隔冰水打发
  • 9.蛋糕烤好后倒扣放凉 将打发好的奶油涂抹在冷却的蛋糕表面
  • 10.将蛋糕卷成卷 放入冰箱冷藏后食用更佳
