Steps to make 黄瓜拌蕨根粉

  • 1.干的蕨根粉用冷水下锅中小火慢慢煮,中途记得一边加1~2次冷水煮。
  • 2.把黄瓜拍一拍前段、大蒜拍碎、葱香菜切段、青花椒切圈备用。
  • 3.材料准备好了开始调凉拌汁,青花椒圈蒜泥放碗中,加入适量盐 鸡精味精 白糖。(吃不了太辣的可以不放青花椒)。
  • 4.倒入花椒油 香油 生抽 陈醋。
  • 5.加入辣椒油(辣椒油根据个人口味添加喜欢吃辣就多放不喜欢就少放)。
  • 6.粉条煮软用筷子用力能夹断就可以捞出来凉水过凉了。
  • 7.煮好的粉条凉水过凉的粉条很有弹性的,如果粉条煮太烂了就没有弹性影响口感。所有煮粉条的时候一点要控制好。
  • 8.把黄瓜断倒入调好的凉拌汁里面腌制3-5分钟,这样使黄瓜更入味。
  • 9.再倒入粉条拌匀。
  • 10.再加入适量的凉开水拌均匀(加入适量的水是让原本没有完全融化的盐糖融化得更快,吃起来口感更佳)。
  • 11.最后撒上香菜葱花拌匀装盘即可食用。
