【四川】酸辣粉
我一直觉得酸辣粉是道很魔性的美食~~~
它同泡面一样,只要旁边一个人在吃,不管你饿不饿,都忍不住咽口水~~恨不得也能吃上两口~~~
尤其是在寝室里,教室里,办公室里~~“一开始一个人吃,后来大家一起吃”的连锁效应不要不要滴~~
其实酸辣粉自己做也很方便的~~
炸个花生,黄豆~~调份调料~~烫个粉条青菜~~~酸辣粉就完成啦~~
而今天这道【酸辣粉】更为方便美味~~~
用太太乐鲜鸡汁+煮粉条的汤水,也可媲美高汤哦~~

  • 粉条200g
  • 花生50g
  • 黄豆50g
  • 青菜1颗
  • 香菜1颗
  • 小米辣3个
  • 老姜1块
  • 大蒜3瓣
  • 植物油2大勺
  • 油泼辣子1大勺
  • 藤椒油3毫升
  • 陈醋5毫升
  • 白糖0.5g
  • 生抽5毫升
  • 1小勺
  • 鲜鸡汁5毫升

Steps to make 【四川】酸辣粉

  • 1.备好食材:粉条,花生,黄豆,青菜,香菜,老姜,大蒜,小米辣,鲜鸡汁;
  • 2.老姜、大蒜洗净后,剁碎;小米辣、香菜切碎;
  • 3.热锅凉油,倒入花生米、黄豆小火炸香;
  • 4.将炸香的花生黄豆捞出备用;取一只干净的空碗,调入适量油泼辣子,藤椒油,姜末,蒜末,陈醋,白糖,生抽,盐搅拌均匀;
  • 5.煮锅里加入清水烧开,放入粉条,青菜烫熟捞出;
  • 6.碗里放入粉条,青菜,浇上鲜鸡汁;
  • 7.倒入煮粉条的汤汁;
  • 8.放入炸好的花生、黄豆;
  • 9.调入第4步调好的调料汁;
  • 10.放入小米辣,香菜即可。
