芒果奶油卷
好像最近这个叫“小四卷”的很受欢迎啊!我也跟风做了一回。

  • 鸡蛋4个
  • 细砂糖10克
  • 色拉油40克
  • 水或牛奶40克
  • 低筋粉40克
  • 淡奶油100克
  • 芒果1个

Steps to make 芒果奶油卷

  • 1.分离蛋清和蛋黄。蛋黄放入大碗中,加入细砂糖20克,色拉油搅打均匀。
  • 2.加入水搅拌均匀。
  • 3.筛入低筋粉,翻拌均匀。
  • 4.蛋清放入干净的盆中,分三次加入砂糖,打发至提起打蛋器有弯弯的小角。
  • 5.取一半的蛋白到蛋黄中,翻拌均匀。
  • 6.将拌好的蛋黄糊倒回蛋白中,翻拌均匀。烤箱预热,180度。
  • 7.烤盘垫油纸,倒入蛋糕糊,抹平表面。入烤箱180度,烤18分钟左右。
  • 8.蛋糕出炉后,趁热撕掉油纸。
  • 9.翻过来正面朝上,放凉(动作不熟练,粘掉了一点皮)。
  • 10.淡奶油加0克细砂糖隔冰块打发至9分发。(纹路很明显,奶油比较硬挺)
  • 11.芒果一个切小块。
  • 12.将蛋糕正面朝下放在油纸上,抹上奶油,放上芒果粒,轻轻卷起。放冰箱冷藏30分钟左右。
  • 13.切厚片即可。
