  • 1.蛋清蛋黄分离。

  • 3.打发至硬性发泡,就是拉起不会掉落就可以。
  • 4.100克蛋糕粉,10克糖,一包椰子粉,加入蛋黄中,
  • 5.注入适量的清水,调成糊状。
  • 6. 加入打好的蛋清。
  • 7.调成均匀的面糊。
  • 8.刷上食用油,上下面都刷。
  • 9.倒入。
  • 10.我用的是三明治早餐机,2、3分钟熟了会自动断电。
  • 11.很香
