寿喜锅(改良版)
冬天一到,对于我们这些不南不北又没有暖气的地方来说,可谓一年四季中最难熬的一季;即使呆在家中穿着厚厚的棉服也还时不时地冻着直哆嗦;各种火锅和热乎乎地炖菜自然就成了我们整个冬季最最喜欢的家常菜了。
今儿的这道菜:是叫它炖菜、汤菜还是火锅最适合呢?反正看它跟这几样都搭边又不完全一样,但一点是绝对没问题的,都是热乎乎的一大锅,食材多多、营养又美味,牛肉片滑嫩滑嫩的;中粮我买网的牛肉片真的很新鲜~~~
所备食材用奈瓷刀切的,即使放置一段时间也不易养化,很适合全家围着一起边吃边煮;而底料只用了来自日本的原装又伊鲜复合酱油调味料,鲜美中带着一丝丝地香甜,既可以做调料,也可以做蘸料,吃起来味道非常特别;吃过才知道为什么有那么多人喜欢“寿喜锅”了~~~

  • 香菇6瓣
  • 牛肉片一盒
  • 鹌鹑蛋10个
  • 鲜茼蒿70克
  • 海带结70克
  • 金针菇120克
  • 老豆腐150克
  • 大白菜350克
  • 山芋粉丝70克
  • 料酒50克
  • 食盐1小勺
  • 白糖1汤匙
  • 酱油50克

Steps to make 寿喜锅(改良版)

  • 1.备好食材
  • 2.先来准备寿喜锅酱汁:将白糖、料酒和50克又伊鲜酱油搅拌均匀备用(PS:酱汁量不够的,可以边吃边加的)
  • 3.香菇提前泡好、用奈瓷刀切花些开型
  • 4.大白菜洗净后,将白菜帮切小块、留白菜叶一起备用
  • 5.洋葱洗净后切碎粒
  • 6.老豆腐提前用盐水焯煮过凉水后、切大块
  • 7.不粘锅烧热后倒油,放入老豆腐
  • 8. 煎制两面金黄盛出备用
  • 9.另起雪平锅,倒入食用油,煸香大葱和洋葱粒
  • 10.放入部分牛肉片拨散
  • 11.待稍稍变色后,加些又伊鲜酱油炒匀
  • 12. 转小火,依次放入除牛肉片外的其它食材
  • 13.倒入事先备好的寿喜锅酱汁、再放点食盐和温水
  • 14.待煮后既可食用,可以先吃完这一锅接着煮,也可以跟吃中式火锅那样边煮边吃
  • 15.吃时再蘸点又伊鲜酱油,味道更加醇晒香鲜美
