家常干煸辣子鸡
冰箱还有小半只鸡,不想再烧了吃,有点腻,那就做辣子鸡吃吧,好吃下饭。自己家吃,当然实惠点,肉多佐料少,外面餐馆一盘辣子鸡那是辣椒大蒜中挖宝一样的找鸡肉哟。

  • 味达美臻品料酒2汤匙
  • 味达美臻品特级生抽1汤匙
  • 2/4茶匙
  • 五香粉1/4茶匙

Steps to make 家常干煸辣子鸡

  • 1.鸡肉剁2-3厘米大小的块,洗干净滤干水。
  • 2.加2汤匙料酒。
  • 3.1汤匙生抽。
  • 4.加入2/4茶匙的盐。
  • 5.1/4茶匙的五香粉。然后拌匀,腌制2小时。
  • 6.大蒜和干辣椒切大块一点。
  • 7.锅烧热,倒入适量(要能没过鸡块)菜籽油,加热到可以看到油起波纹了,倒入鸡块,注意腌鸡的水不能倒入,会溅油。
  • 8.中火炸鸡块,炸到自己中意的程度,然后捞起。油滤出,锅洗干净。
  • 9.锅再次烧热,倒少量油,下大蒜爆至微焦。
  • 10.倒入干辣椒煸炒一两分钟。火不要太大,中小火。
  • 11.将前面炸好的鸡肉回锅煸炒两分钟。
  • 12.撒一些熟的白芝麻,翻炒几下就可以出锅了。生芝麻一下子怕不熟,有生芝麻味。
