Steps to make 熬猪油

  • 1.准备一块猪板油用温水清洗两遍,洗猪油时不要用凉水洗,用凉水洗容易粘手。
  • 2.洗去表面的杂质切成3厘米左右的小块,要想吃到又酥又脆的猪油渣,猪油块不要切的太小,否则就吃不到酥脆的油渣了。
  • 3.生姜洗干净去皮切成薄片,准备花椒粒清洗干净。
  • 4.锅中加凉水,将猪板油放进去焯水30秒捞出,用温水清洗干净。
  • 5.锅中加一碗清水,将洗干净的猪油放进去,里面加生姜片开水煮开。
  • 6.转中小火煮30分钟,记住,一定要中小火,不要心急,用勺子轻轻的压猪油块,让里面的油快速熬出。
  • 7.将油渣炸至金黄。
  • 8.关火捞出油渣。
  • 9.里面加一勺盐,油温稍凉后放进碗里晾凉。
  • 10.取一大碗,将洗干净的花椒粉放进去。
  • 11.用勺子将熬好的猪油放进去晾凉,最好放进陶瓷圈里密封,吃的时候用勺子取。
  • 12.又白又香无腥味。
