土豆炖排骨
家常的土豆炖排骨,吃了很多年了。土豆面面的,排骨也炖得软烂可口。小的时候这样一盘菜,都是过年的时候才能吃上,能就着一大碗饭,最后连汤也不放过。别说了,上菜吧。。。。

Steps to make 土豆炖排骨

  • 1.原料:排骨、土豆、葱、姜。
  • 2.排骨凉水下锅加入料酒10克,烧开后将血沫撇出,然后捞出备用。
  • 3.将葱切段,姜切片,土豆用刀的根部刺进去,然后把刀往外掰,土豆就被分成了一块一块的。
  • 4.锅内入油烧热,将排骨下入边煎边炒,将排骨块炒成浅黄色。
  • 5.烹入料酒,翻炒,加入生抽,翻炒,再加入老抽翻炒。
  • 6.排骨均匀上色后,加大料和花椒粒,翻炒,加葱段和姜片,翻炒出香味。
  • 7.倒入没过排骨的开水,加入山楂片,先大火烧开,再小火慢炖30分钟。
  • 8.30分钟后,加入土豆块。
  • 9.面的土豆含淀粉较多,所以汤汁会变浓稠,当土豆成熟时,加入白糖和盐调味即可出锅。
  • 10.成品。
