牛轧糖
牛轧糖泛指由烤果仁和蜜糖制成的糖果,分软硬两种。软的是以蛋白制成的白色牛轧砂性牛轧糖,采用新鲜、纯正的牛奶提炼而成,甜而不腻、顺口不黏牙。

Steps to make 牛轧糖

  • 1.首先准备需要用的 黄油 奶粉 棉花糖 花生碎 称好克数 备用。
  • 2.第一步 黄油下锅慢火熬制到融化。
  • 3.融化好的黄油 倒入棉花糖翻拌均匀 然后关火。
  • 4.倒入奶粉翻拌一分钟 开小火 翻拌均匀。
  • 5.奶粉翻拌好了之后 关火 倒入花生碎 翻拌一分钟 在开火 翻拌均匀 将花生碎融合到一起 。
  • 6.翻拌好的盛入铁盘中 盘子里铺点奶粉 以免粘连 放入冰箱冷藏。
  • 7.冷却后 切成块 就可以食用啦 。
  • 8.也可以包上自己喜欢的包装 送亲人 送朋友都可以。
