南瓜豆沙包

Steps to make 南瓜豆沙包

  • 1.南瓜洗净,去皮,去籽,上锅蒸熟。(我还要做别的,所有蒸的比较多)
  • 2.将面包的所有材料(黄油除外)揉成光滑的面团,能拉出厚的膜。再加入黄油揉至扩展阶段,放温暖处发酵至2.5倍大。
  • 3.将发酵好的面团排气,分割成8份,揉圆,松弛15分钟。
  • 4.取一块面团,按扁,包入适量的红豆沙馅。
  • 5.像包包子那样慢慢捏紧收口。
  • 6.放入模具中,发酵。(非不粘模具要刷油)
  • 7.在发酵好的面团上刷上蛋液,撒少许白芝麻。
  • 8.烤箱预热,180度,上下火,中层,烤15分钟左右。
