对于我这样的新手,接到任务开始就在找适合的方子,所以看到这个北海道最有内涵的威风蛋糕…我是随便看看的,因为看名字感觉好难,不适合我这菜鸟,没想到食材都挺简单的,而且我都有,反正我是小强不怕失败,就试试呗…真没想到这样惊喜,柔软的不要不要的…所以真不能被外表骗了…一定要自己尝试…

  • 牛奶30克
  • 白糖70克
  • 低粉35克
  • 淡奶油200克
  • 糖粉20克

Steps to make 北海道蛋糕--最有“内涵”的威风

  • 1.准备食材,鸡蛋,牛奶,低粉,白糖,色拉油,淡奶油等
  • 2.将牛奶,色拉油,10克白糖倒入碗中
  • 3.混合均匀
  • 4.筛入低粉
  • 5.拌匀后,加入一个蛋黄,再次拌匀后加入另一个蛋黄依次加入
  • 6.混合均匀待用
  • 7.蛋白入少许醋打发,剩下的60克白糖分三次加入蛋白中打发
  • 8.打发至干性
  • 9.分次将蛋白混合到蛋黄糊中
  • 10.依次从下到上拌匀
  • 11.盛进杯子里,烤箱预热190度,烘焙20分钟左右即可
  • 12.淡奶油加入碗中,加糖粉20克打发
  • 13.烤好的蛋糕待冷却
  • 14.加入打发好的淡奶油
  • 15.非常柔软
  • 16.入口即化
