自制烤大鱼

Steps to make 自制烤大鱼

  • 1.将鱼清洗干净用料酒腌制半小时。
  • 2.姜蒜切末,洋葱小半个切丁,郫县豆瓣,香菜葱花切碎。(蒜一定要多才会好吃)
  • 3.锅中倒适量油把姜蒜洋葱郫县豆瓣炒香。(可以加火锅鱼料包更香)
  • 4.加入适量水煮开,加生抽,胡椒粉,鸡精,葱香菜小火煮10分钟。
  • 5.平底锅倒少许油将鱼煎至两面焦香起锅。
  • 6.烤盘底铺上各种蔬菜。
  • 7.将鱼放在蔬菜上面,倒入煮好的料汁。
  • 8.放入烤箱中下层上下火200度烤30分钟。(烤的时间自己酌情增减)
  • 9.出炉后淋上适量麻油或者不放,撒上葱花香菜和香花生米即可。
  • 10.光盘行动。
