爽口鸡汤米线
米线是云南人的最爱,一日三餐甚至都可以用米线代替,过桥米线,小锅米线,焖肉米线,杂酱米线,炒米线,卤米线......吃法多种多样,而且各家也有各家的吃法。在云南早餐也多是米线,一碗高汤配上自己喜欢的蔬菜将米线烫熟,简单加个帽子,一碗热乎乎的米线就做好了,很适合冬天的早餐呢。
我这个就更简单了,直接用的香菇酱做帽子,味道非常好,非常爽口~
十分钟就可搞定的营养早餐~

Steps to make 爽口鸡汤米线

  • 1.准备好材料;
  • 2.韭菜摘洗干净,切段;
  • 3.鸡汤倒入锅中煮开;
  • 4.下入韭菜白色部分,烫一分钟;
  • 5.下入米线烫熟;
  • 6.下入韭菜叶,搅拌一下即可起锅;
  • 7.盛出,调入适量盐,舀上一勺仲景香菇酱,拌匀,还可以依据个人口味加上适量的醋;
  • 8.美味爽口营养早餐~
