  • 1.饼干料
  • 2.黄油软化,加入糖粉
  • 3.用橡皮刮刀拌匀
  • 4.再用打蛋器搅打均匀
  • 5.分次加入蛋液,快速打发
  • 6.低筋粉和泡打粉一起筛入
  • 7.拌成均匀面团
  • 8.分出1/4,在剩下的3/4面团中加入可可粉,揉匀,成可可面团
  • 9.将白面团搓成直径约1.5厘米的长条
  • 10.可可面团擀成厚约1厘米的长方形,宽度约为白面团截面的周长
  • 11.将白面团放在可可面团上
  • 12.卷起可可面团,将白面团包住
  • 13.对好接口,包上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏至硬
  • 14.取出,切成厚约0.5厘米的片
  • 15.摆入烤盘
  • 16.用直径等于白面团截面的圆盖沿白面团的边缘压出凹槽
  • 17.再用小口径的笔杆在圆心压出一个小圆
  • 18.用勺把在白面团上画出几道辐条
  • 19.放入烤箱,中层,上火170度,下火160度,烤20分钟左右,
