想炸芝麻汤圆
芝麻汤圆是前些日子做的,放冰箱速冻,偶尔早餐的时候会做芝麻汤圆汤,可是吃了几个早上之后大家都腻了,不过芝麻汤圆还剩一些呢。正好昨天没做今天早上的早点主食,想着就用芝麻汤圆炸着给大家吃吧!哈!没试不知道,一试吓一天,竟然那么好吃!一小筐一下子就被扫光了呵。

Steps to make 想炸芝麻汤圆

  • 1.准备所有材料。芝麻汤圆提前做好,放冰箱速冻,想吃的时候就可以拿出来煮或是炸。
  • 2.拿一干净的碗,将鸡蛋打在碗里。加入少量的盐巴敲散。
  • 3.加入少许想炸粉,搅拌均匀无粉颗粒。
  • 4.将芝麻汤圆放入香炸粉蛋糊中,均匀地裹上蛋糊。
  • 5.平底锅内放少许油,待油8分热时,放入裹了蛋糊的芝麻汤圆。
  • 6.待芝麻汤圆呈金黄色,即可捞出,放在吸油纸上,沥净多余的油脂,待凉即可食用,上面要是再撒点椒盐更好哦!
