穿心莲的主要功效是清热解毒,凉血消肿,

可治疗急性痢疾、胃肠炎、感冒发烧和咽喉肿痛等呼吸道炎症,还能解蛇毒。

    • 1.水中加少许盐及滴几滴食用油,烧开后放入穿心莲,颜色变深绿后立即捞出。
    • 2.捞出的穿心莲,立即放入凉水里。
    • 3.过凉的穿心莲挤干水分,摆盘。
    • 4.用盐,味极鲜,鸡精,醋,麻辣油调成汁。
    • 5.姜切末。
    • 6.调好的汁倒入摆好盘的穿心莲里。
    • 7.撒上姜末即可。
