梅干菜饼

Steps to make 梅干菜饼

  • 1.肉末选肥瘦相间的最好,梅干菜冷水泡软洗去泥沙。
  • 2.将开水加入面粉中,用筷子搅拌成絮状。
  • 3.揉成均匀光滑面团,包上保鲜膜放至30分钟左右。
  • 4.期间准备馅料。在锅里倒入油,烧热后放入肉末翻炒至断生。
  • 5.放入梅干菜和糖翻炒均匀,稍稍焖5至10分钟左右至入味,放凉备用。
  • 6.在案板上撒上少许面粉,将面团分成等量的四份,揉成光滑均匀面团。
  • 7.将面团擀成比手掌略大的面皮,包入馅料。
  • 8.收口捏紧,稍稍压扁。
  • 9.用擀面杖将面饼擀成薄饼,擀的时候适当翻面,使两面馅料分布均匀。
  • 10.将平底锅烧热,将饼放入锅中小火煎至两面金黄即可。
