Steps to make 韩式墨鱼仔

  • 1.放在常温中解冻2-3小时,或放在冰箱冷藏室12个小时解冻(勿拆袋,勿泡热水)。然后用水冲洗1-2遍,备用。
  • 2.把芝麻炒香,备用~
  • 3.锅里下水烧开,放入姜片、料酒和墨鱼仔,煮滚后,关火焖3分钟。
  • 4.捞起墨鱼仔,立刻放入冰柠檬水里浸泡5分钟。
  • 5.蒜、姜切碎,与韩式辣酱、辣椒粉、酱油、白糖、醋、和熟芝麻调在一起。
  • 6.容器内放入墨鱼仔,倒入调好的辣酱~
  • 7.盖上盖子,放入冰箱冷藏,1-2小时后就可以吃啦,时间越长风味越佳哦~
