Steps to make 酒蒸蛤蜊

  • 1.蛤蜊吐沙后清洗备用。姜切姜片,葱切葱花。
  • 2.在电火锅内架入蒸架,倒入不超过蒸架的沸水。
  • 3.调至三档,将蛤蜊放在蒸架上,再摆上姜片葱花,淋一勺清酒或白葡萄酒。盖盖子等待3-5分钟,视蛤蜊开口情况决定。
  • 4.取出蛤蜊,摆盘,淋一勺蒸鱼豉油即可。
