Steps to make 白灼明虾

  • 1.今天买的活明虾超级大,一只就巴掌那么长。
  • 2.把明虾的虾枪、虾须剪掉,把虾线和虾胃挑出来,清洗干净。
  • 3.锅里烧点清水,放几片生姜,倒一勺料酒,大火烧开。
  • 4.水开后把明虾倒入沸水中,盖上锅盖。
  • 5.再次烧开后煮1分钟关火,虾肉容易熟,不要煮太久。
  • 6.把煮好的明虾捞出来,控干水分装盘。可以摆盘会更美观,自家吃,我就随便了。
  • 7.拿一个小碗,放入切好的生姜末,倒1勺生抽,半勺香醋,搅拌均匀。这个是蘸料,喜欢吃芥末的朋友可以加点芥末。
  • 8.成品。虾肉鲜嫩,蘸着姜汁,口感独特。
