大米发糕

Steps to make 大米发糕

  • 1.大米洗净,泡2个小时。
  • 2.放进破壁机,加120克水,用果蔬键打成浆。
  • 3.打好的米浆倒入盆中,加入酵母,糖,搅拌均匀,再倒入面粉搅拌。
  • 4.搅拌均匀。
  • 5.盖上保鲜膜醒发至两倍大。
  • 6.醒好的米浆搅拌排气。
  • 7.模具底和侧边刷一层薄油。
  • 8.倒入米浆撒上黑芝麻,葡萄干,红枣,醒发20分钟。
  • 9.凉水下锅,开锅后蒸30分钟,关火闷5分钟。
  • 10.脱模的时候给底下垫一个小碗,把模具往下一按。
  • 11.模具外壳顺利脱掉。
  • 12.用刮板取掉底板。
  • 13.香甜的大米发糕。
