温馨下午茶---水果火锅
下午茶时刻到啦。。。来上一锅热腾腾的水果火锅是不是很惬意。水果经过久煮,会逐渐释放出甘甜滋味,这味道可不是一般的人工甘味剂所能调配的。这款小火锅的汤头是用自制的芒果酱熬制的,汤头甜美而带有淡淡的清香,再加上各样的水果熬煮,使汤头更加香甜。
火锅里我添加了糯米小丸子,糯糯的非常可爱。水果有橙子 苹果 蓝莓 荔枝 山楂。荔枝还是我再荔枝上市的时候买的,放入冰箱冷冻保存的,味道一点都没变,还是一样的甜。今年要多买一点,继续冷冻保存,冬天就可以吃到香甜的荔枝了。

    Steps to make 温馨下午茶---水果火锅

    • 1.准备好所用原料。
    • 2.糯米粉加上清水揉成小面团。
    • 3.再将糯米面团轻轻的揉成若干个小丸子。
    • 4.准备好芒果果酱。
    • 5.把所用的水果去皮切成小丁。
    • 6.汤锅注入水,加入芒果果酱搅拌均匀
    • 7.大火煮开,下入糯米丸子,煮至小丸子浮起来。
    • 8.下入一部分水果,【蓝莓除外】。
    • 9.煮开后倒入小火锅中继续加热。
    • 10.加热蓝莓随加热,随时吃即可。
