Steps to make 黄豆焖猪手

  • 1.猪手切块,清理干净。
  • 2.放入加了香叶,姜块和料酒的水中煮开后炖几分钟。
  • 3.倒出猪手用热水清洗干净。
  • 4.黄豆泡发备用。
  • 5.锅烧热,先放猪手入锅干炒2分钟(我怕太油腻,所以没有炒糖色)。
  • 6.加入酱油和料酒翻炒。
  • 7.加入冰糖翻炒。
  • 8.加入适量水煮开。
  • 9.移入汤锅,放入桂皮,大料,香叶,葱结和少许盐。大火煮开后,小火炖40分钟。
  • 10.加入黄豆再炖30分钟即可。
