Steps to make 经典上海菜----【四喜烤麸】

  • 1.准备好原料;
  • 2.烤麸洗净切小四方块,香菇提前洗净泡发好,切成块,泡香菇水备用,木耳洗净泡发好,去掉根部撕成小朵,黄花菜洗净泡发好,生姜洗净去皮切片,青尖椒洗净去蒂切斜段,红椒洗净去蒂去籽,切菱形块,花生洗净。
  • 3.准备料汁,天成一品酱油两勺,蚝油一勺,老抽一勺,白糖一勺搅匀
  • 4.炒锅烧热放油,下入生姜片,大料,炸香;
  • 5.放入烤麸煸炒至有些焦黄;
  • 6.放入香菇,花生,木耳,黄花菜煸炒均匀;
  • 7.加入料汁炒匀;
  • 8.放入香菇水,加入适量水和锅里的菜持平;
  • 9.大火烧开后转中火炖煮,大概15分钟,锅里的汤汁剩下三分之一时,加入适量盐
  • 10.放入青椒段,红椒块炒匀;
  • 11.放入胡椒粉,蔬之鲜炒匀;
  • 12.关火后放入适量香油提香;
  • 13.炒匀后盛出即可享用了!!
